Underpinning applied riding art with martial arts and dance.

I have been a historical dressage instructor since 2011, but have taught European martial arts since 1998. I focus on the more traditional parts of classical dressage, those still applicable to war riding or other forms of applied riding.

I was part of the riding team of the Fürstliche Hofreitschule in Bückeburg, Germany, for 5 years, where I was fortunate enough to ride many of the masters' own horses and learn the High School.
Due to my long international career as a jouster I am well versed in riding in armour, with weapons in demanding circumstances on many horses of many types.

I teach a riding style that is very seat orientated, and looks at keeping horses healthy, happy, brave and collected, and ready for any challenge.
I have taught in 15 countries all over the world, from USA to Australia and New Zealand, and from Norway to Russia to France.

In my free time I love to dance argentinian tango, which I think is a great way to understand riding even more
